The good news is that it’s just as much about recognizing all the stuff you don't need to do cuz it's not related to who you are or who you serve. That's where I come in. I will help you actually narrow down the stuff you really need to be doing from all the crap you can ignore. I'm great at quickly understanding how your business works, how it could work, who your audience is and which specific mediums make the most sense for who you are. Mental Emotional Release Technique
MER® is a clinically researched Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique designed to help you quickly and fully release the negative emotions and limiting decisions that make up emotional baggage without having to relive or desensitize to your past experiences.
MER® Therapy was created by applying a therapeutic process to the concept of an internal memory storage system. This powerful technique is becoming the method of choice to make fast, effective, long-term changes in behavior. The first MER session is for releasing the 4 main "negative" emotions: Anger, Sadness, Fear, and Guilt. Subsequent MER session can be scheduled to address limiting decisions, limiting beliefs, phobias, anxiety and other challenges. MER sessions are 2hrs with a 30 min follow up session.
